Vaporiser/Burner: Lisage aurustisse või põletisse 6–8 tilka eeterlikku õli. Sissehingamine: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massaaž: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

Best avoided in individuals with eczema or highly allergy-prone skin. Keep out of reach of children. Danger: Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye damage. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents in accordance with local requirements.
