Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Avoid using Citronella in massage on people with sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
