Kasutamine ja annustamine
Vaporiser/Diffuser: Lisage aurustisse või põletisse 6–8 tilka eeterlikku õli.
Sissehingamine: Lisage 3–5 tilka eeterlikku õli kaussi väga kuuma veega ja hingake auru sisse 5–10 minutit. (Sissehingamine on lubatud ainult üle 10-aastastele lastele.)
Massaažisegu: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Bath blend: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
