Swanson Probiotic Complex delivers 4.2 billion colony forming units (CFU) per serving across five distinct probiotic strains — Lactobacillus rhamnosus , Lactobacillus acidophilus , Bifidobacterium longum , Lactococcus lactis ja Streptococcus thermophilus . Each vegan capsule also contains 400 mg of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
The capsules are made using EMBO Caps® AP hypromellose technology, which requires no refrigeration, making them convenient for everyday use at home or while travelling. With 120 vegan capsules per container and a suggested use of two capsules daily, each pack provides a 60-day supply.
