Solgar Extra Strength Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with Ester-C is a comprehensive joint support formula combining four well-recognised ingredients into one convenient tablet. Each serving of three tablets delivers 1,068 mg of Glucosamine HCl, 1,200 mg of Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, and 700 mg of MSM (as the premium OptiMSM® form of methylsulfonylmethane), alongside 60 mg of Vitamin C in the gentle, highly bioavailable Ester-C® (calcium ascorbate) form.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, as well as to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones — an authorised health claim under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Usage & Dosage
