Mix 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily in 8 oz. of water or juice. Shake well before use.

When taken orally, chlorophyll may cause diarrhea or green discoloration of urine or feces. Note: Chlorophyll contains a green pigment that could stain your clothing. Handle with care.
