Daily serving: 5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) powder, preferably in the morning, mixed with approx. 2.5 dl (250 ml) of water, or added to food (e.g. yogurt) or smoothie. Can also be mixed into hot tea, coffee or fruit juice. Not recommended in carbonated beverages. Recommended duration: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days; safe for long-term use. Suitable from 3 years of age.
