Krauterhaus Sanct Bernhard Bio Cumin Oil is a premium cold-pressed black cumin oil sourced from certified organic farming in Egypt. Made from 100% Nigella sativa seeds, this oil is produced without heat or chemical extraction, preserving the natural richness of the seed’s fatty acid profile — including a high concentration of linoleic acid, an essential polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid.

Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a balanced diet.
