The Omega-3 fraction includes 340 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 226 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) from fish oil. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, while EPA and DHA together contribute to the normal function of the heart.
