Viking Supplements Calcium & Magnesium Powder delivers two essential minerals — calcium and magnesium — in their highly soluble citrate forms, combined with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), in a clean, additive-free powder format. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and contributes to normal muscle function. Each serving provides 400 mg of calcium from calcium citrate, 400 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate, and 5 mcg (200 IU) of Vitamin D3 — representing 50%, 107%, and 100% of the EU Nutrient Reference Values respectively. The powder format allows flexible dosing and easy integration into your daily routine, whether stirred into water or added to a smoothie.

Mix 1½ level teaspoons of powder (approx. 5 g) into at least 8 oz. of cold water or clear liquid until fully dissolved. Add powder slowly while stirring. Once prepared, this mixture may be added to smoothies or juices as desired. Take once daily with a meal.

Pure calcium and magnesium citrate powders can increase the temperature of liquids upon contact; therefore, the recommended serving MUST be mixed into at least 8 oz. of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction prior to ingestion.
