Usage & Dosage
Mix 3 scoops (125g) to 500ml of cold water in an Applied Nutrition shaker immediately after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein and carbohydrate intake. Consume 1–3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
