Aura Herbals Vitamin B12 delivers 100 µg of methylcobalamin per capsule — the bioactive, coenzyme form of vitamin B12 that the body can utilise directly. Each pack contains 120 plant-based Vcaps® capsules, providing a four-month supply at the recommended one-capsule daily serving.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
