Medicinal Ingredient – Each Tablet Contains: Melatonin (non-animal source) 10 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Usage & Dosage
Recommended adult dose –
All uses except jet lag: At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue, 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Jet lag: 1 tablet once daily at bedtime while travelling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern.
All uses: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Maximum: 3 tablets per day.
Warnings
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. If sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
