Kasutamine ja annustamine
Dissolve 250 mg (marking corresponding to 0.25 g on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day. Recommended daily serving: 500 mg. Before first use, add half a teaspoon of water and leave for 3 hours.
