OSAVI Ashwagandha Extra delivers 400 mg of premium Withania somnifera root extract per capsule, standardised to 2.5% withanolides and produced at a concentrated 10–12:1 dry extract ratio. This ensures a consistent, high-quality dose of one of the most well-researched adaptogenic botanicals in every single capsule.
