Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Do not use on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Juniper oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy or for individuals with eczema or highly allergy-prone skin. Danger: Flammable liquid and vapour. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes serious eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
