Diffuser/Vaporiser: Add 6 to 8 drops to a vaporiser or burner. Steam Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops to a bowl of hot water. Massage: Add 5 drops per 10 ml of blending/carrier oil (up to 5 drops per 10 ml for body use; 2 drops per 10 ml for facial use). Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.

Danger: May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. If swallowed: immediately call a doctor. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy.
