100% Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) seed oil. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol.

Diffuser/vaporiser: Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond or jojoba). Bath: Add 4–6 drops to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into bath water. Not recommended for use on the face or for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Danger: Flammable liquid and vapour. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep out of reach of children. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label to hand.
