Natur Tanya Bioactive Folate delivers 800 µg of folate per tablet in its most bioavailable form, using the patented Quatrefolic® ingredient — (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt. Unlike standard folic acid, this bioactive form is the metabolically active form of folate, ready for direct use by the body without requiring enzymatic conversion.
